What you send us

When you fill out a form on this site, we receive what you enter, such as your name, email, phone, and message. We use it to reply to you, to review vendor applications, and to plan the event.

Email updates

We only add you to our email list if you sign up for it. Buying a ticket on Eventbrite doesn't sign you up. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also write to us and ask to be removed.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services needed to run this site and send email.

Tickets

Tickets are sold through Eventbrite, which has its own privacy policy for the information you give it at checkout.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It doesn't use cookies or follow you to other websites.

Questions

If you'd like us to delete information you've sent, let us know and we'll take care of it.
